Description
Balanophora subcupularis, a parasite plant, is mainly distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and Yunnan provinces of China, growing in the humid soil humus of the forest shade at an altitude of 540 – 1700 m. The plant is a folk medicine used as a clearing heat and removing toxicity and Cooling blood.
